We offer FREE 2-3 day standard delivery service to all major towns and cities in NZ.

Our standard delivery service is:

North Island: 2 - 3 working days from despatch date
South Island: 1 - 2 working days from despatch date
- Overnight courier service is available for any urgent orders, contact us for prices.
- Rural delivery service available, surcharge applies. 
- Please note rural delivery zoning is at the discretion of the courier companies we use.
For Australia, we can have orders ready to be collected by your freight provider.

Do you have a despatch deadline for same day despatch?
All stock item orders placed before 12.00 noon are usually despatched the same day, under normal circumstances. Any order received after this will be despatched the next working day. Please contact us if your order is time critical and we'll endeavour to include this in our same day despatch schedule. (We recommend you check stock availability with our team, prior to placing your order.)

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 1 pack of 1 item in 1 colour. The pack sizes vary and are stated above each price section. Multiple packs price breaks apply when ordering more than 1 pack of the same size item and colour.

What are the stock colour options?
Colours we hold in stock is different for each item. The colour symbol beside every stock item indicates the colours usually held in stock. For critical delivery deadlines, we recommend you check stock availability, prior to placing your order.

Can these gift boxes be produced in other colours?
Yes our range can be produced in a wide range of other colours including gold and silver. Minimum orders for other colours is 500 units per colour. Contact us for further information. 

What is the standard finish on the gift boxes?
The majority of our gift boxes have a matching coloured interior with a satin gloss exterior finish, providing a distinctive standard of presentation for your product. A high UV overgloss is available too for optimum impact. Contact us to discuss.

What are the gift box measurements and sizes?
All dimensions are shown for each item and are the inside dimensions (the useable space of the box).

What are the payment options?
Payment is required before despatch unless you have a monthly credit account approved. You can pay for your order by Visa or MasterCard, or by internet banking once you have received your confirmation invoice by email.

Can you print our logo on these gift boxes?
Yes. You'll find more detail and examples on our Gallery page. Minimum quantities apply

Can you send us samples?
Samples can be supplied for presentation trials etc and incur a sample charge. All samples cannot be returned for credit.

Can items be returned for credit?
You must contact us regarding any valid claims of shortages or credit within 7 days of receiving your goods. Prior approval must be received from us if any item is to be returned for credit. Restocking fees may apply to any items returned. Items will need to be in original resalable condition and must not have been assembled. Relevant packing slip/invoice copies must accompany items returned. Any box that has been custom made is non-returnable.
